Returns Accepted

Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery

Return Conditions

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs

Items must be returned in their original condition

If an item is returned damaged or altered, a partial refund may apply

Please include your order number with your return to ensure prompt processing.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on altered items, including:

Bead strands that have been cut or removed from their original string/wire

Restrung beads

Items damaged after delivery

Shipping Deduction

For orders originally under $50 that qualified for free shipping, a $6.99 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
